Class session recordings are automatically uploaded to the Playback Room shortly after the session ends. Instructors can upload external videos to the Admin Portal for learners to view in the Playback Room. This allows instructors to upload supplemental video content or instructional videos for flipped classroom models. Learners can engage with the video content the same way they do with the class recordings: take notes, annotate screenshots, post in the Q&A, collaborate, etc.
1. Go to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Class Management on the left to expand the menu.
3. Select your class or use the search field to find your class.
4. Click Content Manager.
5. Click the Add button to upload the video file.
6. To remove the file, select the checkbox to the left of the file and then click the Delete selected media icon.
Note: Recommended maximum file size for videos is 750 MB.
