Instructors and TAs can use the Chat feature to send announcements that appear as notifications at the top of the screen.
Instructions
1. Select the group to whom you want to send the announcement.
- Room - All users in the classroom
- Table - All users at a specific table
- Individual name - specified user
- Staff - All instructors and TAs
2. Toggle to Turn on chat announcements.
3. Enter the message content.
4. Click send.
5. Your messages will appear at the top of the user’s screen.
