Instructors can allow learners and TAs to invite guests not on the class roster to a Playback Room

Go to the Admin Portal.

Click Class Management on the left to expand the menu.

Select your class or use the search field to find your class.

Click Details.

Select the Configuration tab.

Under Playback Configuration, check “Allow inviting guest to playback room".

Click Save Changes.
Note: You can change the class settings from within the classroom.
If you’re a learner or TA and you don’t see an option to invite guests to the playback room, contact your instructor to update the Playback Room settings.
