The User Management section in our Admin Portal lists all users for your institution. In User Management, administrators and IT staff can find and search for users across all classes.
Engageli user roles are categories assigned to users to provide the proper permissions for users to perform different tasks within the system. There are 4 main user roles in Engageli with a predefined set of permissions.

Super Admin
IT staff and administrators at partner institutions can manage their own tenants. In the Admin Portal, Super Admins can access:

Instructor
Instructors manage their Engageli classrooms and Playback Rooms. In the Admin Portal, instructors can access:

- Instructors can assume the TA role when needed.

TA
Teaching Assistants, TAs, can help instructors manage their classrooms during live sessions. TAs have advanced controls and access to more class features than learners. TAs do not have access to the Admin Portal.

Learner
Learners are participants, students, and users who access the Engageli classroom and Playback Rooms. Learners do not have access to the Admin Portal.
