Instructors and Administrators can access and copy guest links in the Admin Portal once this feature has been enabled at the class and site level. To check if this feature is enabled, you can visit the Common Configuration tab and look for the "disable guest links" check box. To access guest links:
- Go to the Admin Portal.
- Click Classes (Class Management in v3.0) from the menu on the Left.
- Select your class from the list of Active Classes or use the search field to find your class.
- Click the class name.
- Select Details.
- For a Learner Guest link, look under the general tab for “Copy a guest link for this class.”
- Instructor Guest Links are available in version 3.1.48 but only for Super Admins. If you'd like an Instructor Guest Link for a particular class, please reach out to your Engageli administrator.
