How to Disable Guest Links

Participants cannot access an Engageli classroom using disabled guest links. To disable guest links:

1. Go to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Classes (Class Management in v3.0) from the menu on the Left.
3. Select your class from the list of Active Classes or use the search field to find your class. 
4. Click the class name.
5. Select Details.
6. Under the General tab, you will find “Copy a guest link for this class.”
7. Click Disable Guests to disable the guest links.

Note: You can click Reset Links to generate new guest links. This invalidates all previously created guest links.
