You can send an email with the classroom URL from the Roster screen. If your organization uses a learning management system, we recommend not using direct links like this. To send an email with the class URL:
- Go to the Admin Portal.
- Click Classes (Class Management in v3.0) the menu on the Left.
- Select your class from the list of Active Classes.
- Click the class name.
- Select Details.
- Click the Roster tab.
- Select the users to receive the email.
- Select the checkbox next to Email to select all users.
- Or, individually select or unselect users.
- Click the mail icon to send an email to the selected participants with the classroom URL.
