This article covers the steps for running a system test in Engageli, so that class users can test their system and ensure that audio, microphone, camera, screen sharing, connectivity, and PDF share are all functional and that Engageli will operate as expected.
- In the lobby of your class (before you join), click on the settings gear in the top right of your video.
- The Device Settings tab will expand from the right side of the window.
- Click on Test Your System.
- Click Start to begin your system test.
- Run through all of the tests and select Yes or No in response to the prompts.
- Once you've finished all of the tests you can Save Log or Send Results. If you encountered issues, you can save the log to to provide to support via a support ticket or send it to your administrator to review.
