If you have an issue with your camera while using the Engageli app, check to make sure you’ve given Engageli access to your camera in the device Settings.
From Settings > Privacy & Security
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- Tap Privacy & Security.
- Tap Camera.
- In the list of apps, find Engageli.
- Tap the Engageli toggle to allow Engageli to access your camera.
- Restart your device.
From Settings > Engageli
- Open the Settings app on your device.
- In the list of apps, find and tap Engageli.
- Tap the Camera toggle to allow Engageli to access your camera.
- Restart your device.
If you still experience camera issues, try deleting and then reinstalling the app. Click here if your microphone isn't working.
