The Engageli Admin Portal enables Super Admins and Instructors to oversee and adjust settings for classes as well as overall site configurations. Super Admins hold the highest level of permissions on the platform, granting them full access to all features. In contrast, Instructors have more restricted access. If you encounter a feature or tool mentioned in our help center articles that is unavailable to you, this might be because the setting is disabled for your organization or due to insufficient permissions.
