The Common Configuration section of our Admin Portal allows Admins and Instructors to control the following basic settings for each class:
- Turn off the cameras when connecting.
- Mute microphones when connecting.
- Enable clickable links in chat.
- Allow learners to see the reactions of other learners.
- Make records private by default.
- Restrictions K12 (Disallows anonymous chat, learner file uploads to chat, enables toxicity filter, and disables chat in the playback room).
Instructions
- Access the admin portal.
- Click Classes in the left menu.
- Select the Common Configuration tab.
- Check or uncheck the box next to the feature you want to adjust.
- Click Save Changes.
Note: The default values for these settings are controlled by your Engageli administrator.
