When you are working in a Playback Room, alone or with peers in a Collaboration Space, you can request help.
1. Click the Get Help button at the bottom of the screen.
2. You will see a notification that your Playback Room is now open to staff. That means that an instructor or TA will be able to join your room even if it's in Private Mode.
3. If an instructor or TA is online and sees your notification, they will be able to join your Playback Room and provide support or assistance.
Pro Tip! In addition to clicking the Get Help button, you can add a new question to the Q&A to trigger an email to your instructor and/or TA(s).
