Users can select and enable Compatibility Mode from the More Actions (three dots) menu to help connect them to the classroom using a different communication method supported by firewalls.
We recommend using this mode if you're able to connect to an Engageli classroom but are consistently unable to see or hear others.
Instructions
1. Click the More Actions (three dots) menu in the bottom right corner.
2. Select Enable Compatibility Mode.
If you continue to experience issues after enabling Compatibility Mode, please contact your IT department or Engageli support for further assistance.
