How to View and Join Active Playback Rooms from the Class Portal

As an instructor, you can monitor and join active playback rooms to help or support learners. Here's how to access and join these rooms from your Class Portal:

Steps to View Active Playback Rooms

1. Log in to the Class Portal using your instructor credentials.
2. Navigate to the Active playback rooms section on the left. 
3. Click Active playback rooms: You will see all Playback Rooms, along with the number of participants currently in each room and activities.

Steps to Join a Playback Room

1. Click the active playback room you wish to join.
2. Click "Join":
3. Once inside the playback room, you can observe or engage with learners, answer questions, or provide support.

By joining an active playback room, you can assist learners in real time as they engage with course content.
