How to Disable the Q&A

Instructors can easily disable the Q&A feature for their Engageli classrooms.

Instructions

1. Log into your Engageli classroom.
2. Open Settings (gear icon).
3. Click Class configuration.
4. Scroll down to Chat and Q&A.
5. Toggle the switch next to "Disable Q&A" to turn off the feature.
6. Click the Save button. 

Once disabled, no one (staff and learners) will see the Q&A feature in the classroom interface or the Playback Room.

If you'd like to re-enable the Q&A feature later, please follow the same steps and toggle the feature back on.

You can also disable the Q&A before or after a session in the Admin Portal and Class Portal.
