Overview
The "Panel" view can be accessed through the Views Tabs section. When selected, it shows all participants who have been added to the Panel. The Panel tab will only appear if at least one participant has been assigned to it. Below is an example screenshot of the Panel view with several participants present:
Visually, this tab looks very similar to the Class Gallery view, where participant webcams appear in a grid. However, unlike the Class Gallery, this tab only displays those designated as panelists.
You can think of the Panel as a dedicated speaker’s area within the classroom. It highlights the participants whose voices and contributions are central to the session, keeping them prominently visible until they are removed from the Panel.
3-Dots Menu
Similar to the Class Gallery, Instructors and TAs can hover over a user's portrait in the Panel view to reveal a three‑dot button. Clicking this button opens a dropdown menu with actions that can be applied to that participant. The options available will vary depending on both your role and the participant’s role.
This menu is identical to the one found in the Class Gallery view. For a detailed explanation of the available options, see the Class Gallery article under Live Classroom > Views Tabs > Class Gallery.
