If you are having trouble logging into Engageli from a web browser, make sure that your email is entered correctly and that you haven't disabled pop-up windows or redirects with browser extensions.

Class crashes when I try to join a table
If you are redirected back to the login screen when you first attempt to join a table, it is likely because you entered your login credentials incorrectly. This is usually caused by including capital letters in your username or email. Try signing out when you return to the welcome screen and retype your credentials.
Can't see the pop-up authentication screen to log in
While there is no way to block Engageli's authentication login window (even if you have blocked pop-ups and redirects), it is possible that you have installed browser extensions that can block pop-up windows.
1. Google Chrome: To manage your extensions, click on the "Extensions" puzzle piece icon in the top right corner of your screen.
2. Click "Manage Extensions" from the drop-down menu.
3. On this menu click "Details" to get a better sense as to whether or not the extension could be blocking Engageli's login window. If the extension says ‘ad block’ or ‘pop up blocker’ it is possible that the extension is blocking the window from opening.
4.Click ‘remove’ and try again.
