This article introduces the "Help Menu" button, located near the right side of the Bottom Panel in the Live Classroom. This button can be clicked to see a list of various help and support features.
Below is a screenshot highlighting this button's location and with its menu expanded:
When you click this button, a menu will appear with the following options:
- Guided Tour - Launches an in-class walkthrough that introduces you to the platform's key features. This guided tour will also automatically appear for new users.
- Shortcuts - Opens a pop-up with a list of keyboard shortcuts for quickly performing tasks, such as muting/unmuting your microphone or starting a classwide screenshare.
- Help Center - Directs you to a help or resources webpage. Depending on your organization's setup, this may be the Engageli Help Center or a site managed internally.
- Leave Feedback - Opens a short survey where you can share feedback directly with the Engageli team.
