This article provides an overview of the Playback Room's "Class Shared Doc" view, which you can access through the Views Tabs section. When you select this tab, the relevant cloud-hosted document will load into the Main Panel. Below is an example screenshot of how the Class Shared Doc view appears:
The Class Shared Doc tab will typically only appear while watching a Class Recording in which a classwide cloud-hosted document was distributed.
The contents of this tab are fairly simple: the majority of the Main Panel will be occupied by the document itself with a few controls located at the top of the page. We'll go over the controls seen at the top of the page:
- Refresh File - Click this button to reload the document. This can be useful if the document initially fails to load properly.
- Open in a New Tab - Select this button to open the cloud document in a separate browser tab. This can be useful if security restrictions prevent the document from being loaded within Engageli.
