This article introduces the "Learning Pal" button, located near the center of the Playback Room's Bottom Panel. Learning Pal is an AI‑powered assistant you can chat with while working through a module in the Playback Room. Selecting the button opens or closes Learning Pal via the Right Panel. The screenshot below highlights where the button appears and shows an example of its corresponding content in the Right Panel:
Learning Pal is only available when you've opened a Module item from the Learning Path panel. Unlike an external chatbot, Learning Pal is aware of the module's content and uses that context when responding to your questions. When its answers relate directly to material in the module, it will also point you to the specific location where that information appears. You can also ask Learning Pal broader questions that go beyond the module itself if you'd like to explore the course content further.
The Learning Pal panel includes a simple chat input box where you can type your questions. There are no additional features to review.
