This article focuses on the "Table Seating" sub-tab within the Class Portal's "Action Tags" tab. Below is a screenshot of the "Table Seating" sub-tab:
The "Table Seating" sub-tab allows you to create Action Tags for changing the classroom's seating arrangement type.
We'll cover the options that appear on this tab:
- Seating Arrangement Type - In this section, you'll have two options to choose from via the toggle switch, we'll describe each below:
- Table Seating - Select this to trigger a table seating arrangement that you've already saved to a classroom.
- Select Seating- Select the saved seating arrangement. When the action tag is activated, this seating arrangement will be applied.
- Randomize Seating - This will apply a random seating arrangement to your classroom.
- Set Participants Per Table Value - For your randomized seating, use this slider to set the number participants you want seated at each table.
- Table Seating - Select this to trigger a table seating arrangement that you've already saved to a classroom.
- Show Name - Toggle this switch to include an optional label that will appear at the bottom of the Action Tag image.
- Name Your Tag - If you decide to add an optional label to the Action Tag image, this text box is where you can enter the label text.
- Copy - Click this button to copy the Action Tag image to your clipboard, which you can then paste into your presentation.
- Download - Click this button to download the Action Tag image as a file.
