If you can't enter your classroom after logging in with your email address and password, use these instructions to troubleshoot.
If your institution or company uses a learning management system (i.e., Moodle, Canvas, etc.) you may not be able to log in with a direct link by design. For example, if your institution has a web portal that has all of your classes; log in to that portal, find the class link and open it from there. Copy/pasting the link or accessing it from a bookmark won’t allow you to properly authenticate!
Instructions
1. Open a new Chrome incognito or Edge in a private window.
2. Copy the classroom URL, and then paste it into the URL address bar of the browser window.
3. Press enter or return on your computer.
4 Click the Sign in button to log in using the credentials associated with your class account.
5. If the issue persists and you are redirected back to the login screen, try logging in with a different email address. This could be due to your email address not being on the class roster or a mismatch between the email address being entered and the email address listed on the class roster.
