Engageli includes interactive whiteboards for both class-wide and small group collaboration.
Class Whiteboard: Instructors can use this shared space to illustrate concepts, solve math problems, create diagrams, or guide discussions with the entire class.
Table Whiteboards: During group activities, learners can collaborate at their tables—solving problems, building mind maps, sharing ideas, or brainstorming together in real time.
Learn how to access and use whiteboards for real-time collaboration.
To enable a whiteboard:
1. Click the Present button at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select Whiteboard under Classroom activities.
3. Click the down arrow to select Class or Per table from the drop-down list.
Note: Table whiteboards are shared only among learners at each table. Instructors cannot see these whiteboards unless they join a specific table.
To stop/remove whiteboards:
1. Click the Present button.
2. Click STOP under Whiteboard.
3. The whiteboard will be removed from the screen.
If you stop the class whiteboard and then start it again later in the class session, everyone will still see their previous work. Whiteboards are not saved across different class sessions.
Pro Tip! Remind learners to download a screenshot of the whiteboard for reference after class.
