You can preview table presets in the Admin Portal to review and make any changes before using the preset in a class session.
- Go to the Admin Portal.
- Click Class Management on the left to expand the menu.
- Select your class or use the search field to find your class.
- Click Tables & Presets.
- Select the Presets tab.
- Click CREATE NEW PRESET or click the preview icon on an existing preset.
- Provide a name and description for the preset.
- Choose the number of learners per table.
- Click CREATE.
You can switch to the list view to see the names of learners at each table.
You can drag and drop learners to different tables to make changes to the preset.
