Check Your Technical Requirements - Learner

Make sure that you are using an Engageli-supported browser. Please join Engageli on the latest version of Google Chrome, Edge, Brave, or a browser on Chromium (Opera, Vivaldi).

Note: At this time, Engageli does not support Firefox or Safari. 

To join our classrooms through a web browser you will need:

  • Latest operating system version for Windows OS, MacOS or Chrome OS 
  • Updated supported browser (i.e., Chrome, Edge, Opera, etc.)
  • Microphone and webcam access
    • Make sure you select the correct device when you log in to Engageli.

    • Internet access with a good connection:
      • Minimum connection speed should be at least 2.5 Mbps
    • Internet access with a lower speed connection using low bandwidth (mobile) mode:
      • Minimum connection speed should be at least 1.5mbps
