You can archive inactive classes you previously taught on Engageli in the Admin Portal. If you need to access data from a past class, the class can be restored at any time.
Archiving a class is a ‘soft delete’ that removes the class from the Class Management list in the Admin Portal. The class roster, tables and presets, analytics, Q&A threads, content, polls, etc. are all left unchanged.
Instructions
1. Go to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Classes (Class Management in v3.0) on the left to expand the menu.
3. Select your class or use the search field to find your class.
4. Click Details.
5. Under the General tab, click Archive Class.
6. Then, click Confirm.
To restore an archived class:
1. Go to the Admin Portal.
2. Click Archived Classes on the left to expand the menu.
3. Select your archived class or use the search field to find it.
4. Click Details.
5. Under the General tab, click Restore Class.
6. Click Confirm to restore the class and move it back to the Class Management menu.
Note: Selecting Delete Class, and then clicking Delete to confirm will completely delete the class and it cannot be restored.
