Engageli Training Modules

I am trying to complete the Engageli Training. However, when I go through the steps listed in my email to log into the Playback Room, there is no bottom toolbar, nor any mention of the 6 modules that I must complete. In searching through other avenues in my attempt to find these modules, I also see mention of an instructor toolbar. I've never come across that either.
