Engageli's Playback Room supports asynchronous learning, allowing learners to revisit recordings of live sessions or complete modules directly within the Playback Room environment. Unlike traditional online learning, which often involves passively watching long lecture videos, the Playback Room is intentionally built to foster engagement and interactivity. Its design encourages active participation, helping learners stay attentive and involved throughout their experience. Below is a sample screenshot of a classroom's Playback Room:
The Playback Room is comprised of several panels, which we'll describe below:
-
Views Tabs - At the very top of the screen is the Views Tab--a thin, horizontal area that stretches the width of the screen. It holds various tabs that you can select to switch between activities available within the current Learning Path item. When selecting a tab from here, its contents will load within the Main Panel. Below is an example screenshot of the Views Tab with multiple tabs present:

Right Panel - The Right Panel, as its name implies, is located on the right side of the screen. This collapsible panel allows the user to access various Playback Room features, such as reviewing their Notes or viewing a replay of the chat messages that took place during a recorded class session. Bottom Panel - Located at the very bottom of the screen, this area stretches the width of the page and includes control functions and buttons that let you update the content displayed in the Right Panel. Below is a sample image highlighting this panel:
