If you attempt to launch Engageli from Canvas and encounter an "Access Denied" message with a large padlock icon, the issue is tied to your Canvas permissions. Because this error originates within Canvas--before your request ever reaches Engageli--it cannot be resolved on Engageli's side.
In the example screenshot from Canvas, the padlock icon appears above the text "Access Denied" followed by the message "You don't have access to view this resource":
