Super Admins and Instructors can access the Admin Portal via several ways. In this article, we'll review all the ways that the Admin Portal can be accessed.
Accessing the Admin Portal via a Direct Link
You can visit your organization's Admin Portal directly by pasting the link into your browser's address bar. Admin Portal links typically take the following format:https://partner.engageli.com/partner/admin
where “partner” would be swapped out with the name of your organization.
If the system is able to detect your identity, the Admin Portal will load; otherwise, you will be presented with a login screen.
The format of the URL may vary, depending on your organization's needs. If you encounter issues accessing your Admin Portal, please reach out to Engageli or your organization's administrator for assistance.
Accessing the Admin Portal from the Classroom Lobby
If you are sitting at the classroom lobby, there may be a "Manage Class" button at the top-right of the page, just above your webcam preview, as shown below.
Upon clicking this button, you will be taken to the Class Portal. At the top-right of this page, there is a 3-dots menu with a link labeled "Go to Admin Portal" within it. Clicking this will take you to the Admin Portal. A reference image is provided below:
If you are able to access the Class Portal, but do not see the "Go to Admin Portal" link, then you likely have been assigned a system role of "Learner". You'll need to contact a Super Admin to have your system role changed from the User Management area of the Admin Portal.
Accessing the Admin Portal from a Link Inside your LMS
It is possible to create a link within your LMS to take users directly to the Admin Portal. This is something that would be configured by your LMS administrator. Whether it is utilized, as well as where and how it would appear would also be up to your LMS administrator. If you do not see such a link within your LMS, please contact your LMS administrator to see if they can get these added.
