"Staff Only" mode is a classroom-level setting that restricts access to Instructors and TAs only. Learners who attempt to join while this mode is active will see a message explaining that the session is in Staff Only mode and that they must wait for the Instructor to admit them.
This mode is especially useful in the following situations:
- When you want to hold a staff meeting without creating a separate classroom. This is particularly convenient if the meeting is scheduled just before the regular class session, as it avoids switching between classrooms.
- When you want to prevent Learners from entering the classroom before staff members are present.
