If the class Instructor is sharing a YouTube video and you are seeing a message of "Oops, try watching this video in YouTube Kids", but other learners can see the video without issues, you likely have parental controls on your computer. These controls are restricting you from being able to watch videos on YouTube.com.

The straight-forward solution is to have the restriction removed. If you are using Google Chrome and seeing this message, here is an article from Google that goes over parental controls for Google Chrome.
If parental controls cannot be removed, the Instructor can try these workarounds to accommodate the restriction for impacted users:
- Use the screenshare feature and share the YouTube tab. Ensure the option to "Also share tab audio" is enabled.
- Upload the video as an mp4 file to the classroom library. This can be done through the Admin Portal.
