If you are attempting to activate your Action Tag/Poll/QR code and receiving an error of "Engageli action tag not found" or the tags are not activating consistently, please check to make sure the following best practices are being followed for Engageli QR codes:
- Ensure the Tags are large enough on your document or slide. They must be at least 75x75 pixels in size. Depending on your monitor's resolution and scaling, you may need to make them even larger. If in doubt--or if your tags still occasionally fail to activate--make them larger until they reliably activate.
- Try increasing the spacing between multiple tags if they are close to one another.
- Ensure that the Tag is within the document or slide boundary. If they run outside the document or slide boundary, they will be cut off and will not work.
- Ensure that you are sharing your document or slides in full screen (present mode).
