If you are attempting to access your classroom, but are receiving an error indicating your email address is not recognized or that it isn't on the class roster, please consider the below solutions:
- Does your organization use a separate website or learning management system (LMS) to access Engageli? If you normally access Engageli from another website, please go back to that system and attempt to access the classroom from there.
- Double-check that you are attempting to log in with the email that was added to the class roster.
If you believe you are doing everything correctly, but still cannot access the classroom, please contact your course Instructor for assistance. The Engageli team does not manage classroom rosters, so we generally cannot assist with this type of issue.
