Class recordings can be configured to include or exclude learner video feeds on the podium and the Class Gallery in the Live Configuration settings for your class.
If there is an active class share and the Instructor joins a table, the share will continue to be recorded, but you will see an 'Instructor visiting tables' message in place of Instructor video. Instructor audio at the table is not recorded in this situation.
If the Gallery and Learner Videos are enabled for recording, when directed to the gallery the recording will cycle through the gallery pages of learners one page every 20 seconds.
Note: The lists above refer to the class recording viewed within an Engageli Playback Room. The MP4 file of the recording emailed to instructors will not include YouTube videos streamed using the Show Clip feature or Distributed Documents (i.e. cloud hosted documents). Video clips uploaded in the Content Manager are included. While the MP4 file will include the poll tags presented in class, asynchronous learners can see and participate in the polls only when viewing the class recording in a Playback Room.
