If you or someone in your organization would like access to view tickets submitted to our Support team, we can provide you with access if approved by your organization’s main contact.
Request Access
- Email support@engageli.com.
- Include “Support ticket access request” in the subject line.
- Add the following details to the body of the email:
- Email addresses of the users who would like access
- Name of your organization
- Once your request for access has been approved, we’ll create add account in our system
Confirm Account
- After your account has been created visit the Engageli Support Center
- Click the Sign in button at the top right side of the page
- Click the link to Get a password on the bottom left
- Enter your email address and click submit
- Follow the instructions in your email to create a new password
Check Submitted Tickets
- Visit the Engageli Support Center
- Click the Sign in button at the top right side of the page
- Sign in and click My activities
- Then, click Organization requests
